US Shipping + Canada  + Puerto Rico

Creating your order can take 2-3 weeks depending on the size of your order. This does not include the shipping time frame above. Tracking number will be emailed once your order is complete and ready for shipping.

If your order is returned to Perfectly Dismantled there is a $5 reshipping fee with carrier. Returned orders are out of our control so we do suggest making sure your address is correct and it includes any apt/unit numbers if any. Otherwise USPS will not be able to deliver the package.

Please keep in mind once your order is shipped we are not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages. Please contact USPS to track your package. Do not email or dm regarding these issues if your package is lost. If you have general questions about your earrings please do not hesitate to send us a message via contact form.

Exchange/Return

All orders are final.

We do not accept returns/exchanges or cancellation of any order. Especially once order is already placed.

Earring Care

​

Polymer Clay is durable & light weight but should still be handled with care. Do not wet or bend earrings. Store in a clean + dry place.

​

To clean earrings use a lightly wet cloth to wipe down fingers prints or dust. If your earrings are light colors and get makeup or any marks on them use a q-tip with a little nail polish remover. Works wonders!

​

Material will vary from polymer clay, beads, stones, fringe, gold pendants etc. For materials please refer to description under each earrings.
